About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field to lead and deliver diverse projects across residential, energy, commercial, light industrial, and public sectors.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage internal teams and third-party contractors
- Oversight quality control, timelines, and budgets
- Maintain client communication
- Prepare proposals
- Establish team structures
- Collaborate with clients and agencies
- Track invoicing
- Resolve project issues
- Foster strong relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of project management expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, Deltek
- Led successful projects in multiple sectors
- Strong leadership skills
