Remote Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Facilitate meetings and drive project execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
• Coordinate across engineering, ERP, and payments teams
• Lead multiple enterprise-level payment integration projects
• 40% Payments platforms & financial workflows
• 30% ERP systems (SAP)
• 30% API integrations and technical coordination
• 20% Team coordination and internal collaboration
• 10% Strategic planning and process improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial systems environments
• Exposure to payments, credit card processing, or financial integrations
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Background in payment platforms (Stripe or similar)
• Familiarity with API or system integration projects
• Consulting or professional services experience
