Remote Senior Customer Success Manager / Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Protecting and growing $50K–$500K+ ARR accounts
• Driving adoption across GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Education)
• Managing the customer journey from onboarding to expansion
• Proving ROI through business metrics
• Developing advocate relationships and referenceable customers

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
• Experience managing $100K+ SaaS accounts and supporting technical products
• Strong business acumen, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities
