Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
- Experience managing $100K+ SaaS accounts and supporting technical products
- Strong business acumen, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities
