The Customer Experience Associate role focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied.

  • Assisting with orders, returns, subscriptions, and resolving issues to facilitate a seamless post-sale journey.
  • Collaborating with technical and warehouse teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and support order fulfillment.
  • Developing fluency in backend systems and multi-brand products to deliver high-quality service.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of customer service in B2C environments, preferably eCommerce, luxury, or beauty. Proficiency with backend systems (Shopify, Whiplash, NetSuite experience a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, empathetic, and a team player.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced settings.
  • Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.

Pay rate ranges from $23 to $25 per hour. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and temporary. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being through a hybrid work model, with in-office days in Santa Monica for local team members.
