About the role
Our Customer Experience Specialists are integral to delivering exceptional experiences that resonate with both current and future customers. This role serves as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through the entire Tesla journey from showroom entry to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Build a comprehensive customer profile by understanding guests' backgrounds, motivations, and timelines for purchasing a Tesla.
- Curate a tailored product experience, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations, aligned with each guest's interests.
- Conduct engaging delivery orientations, emphasizing key features and benefits to help new owners feel confident and excited about their vehicles.
- Capture guest information, schedule test drives, and identify high-intent buyers to support the sales pipeline.
- Provide top-tier customer service to all current and future owners, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- A passion for Tesla's mission and innovations in the personal transportation industry, staying updated on EV trends and local incentives.
- A strong sense of teamwork and reliability, coupled with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
- A valid driver's license required for roles in certain states.

Pay
Expected Compensation: $22.71 - $28.80/hour + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
