Remote Facility SDS/OBS Coder position in Health Information Management. Start date ASAP (preferred 10/22/25) with assignment through 12/31/25. Fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Assign diagnosis and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding systems.
• Monitor bill hold reports.
• Code IVR diagnosis codes (no procedures on IVR accounts).
• Work with various specialties: Orthopedic, Urology, Gynecology, General Surgery (appendectomy, cholecystectomies, etc.), Plastic Surgery (breast reconstructions after mastectomies), Heart catheterizations/pacemakers, EGD, Colonoscopies, ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Gamma Knife/Neuro lead placements/shunts, Vascular.
