Role Overview
To plan and execute sales activities within assigned accounts or territories, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. Build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, adopting a 'Help First' approach to support their needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and action plans
- Schedule and conduct sales calls to new and existing clients
- Present products and services, negotiate deals, and develop proposals
- Respond to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on sales activities, monitor progress, and report outcomes
- Participate in sales events and training sessions
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of fire service equipment, tools, and customer service principles
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and business principles
- Strong planning, strategizing, communication, negotiation, resilience, and goal-oriented skills
Additional Information
- This role is as an independent contractor earning commissions (approximately 40% of gross profit).
- The territory is owned by the salesperson, offering growth potential.
- A firefighter background is recommended for product knowledge, but not mandatory.
