Role Overview

To plan and execute sales activities within assigned accounts or territories, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. Build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, adopting a 'Help First' approach to support their needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and action plans
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Present products and services, negotiate deals, and develop proposals
  • Respond to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on sales activities, monitor progress, and report outcomes
  • Participate in sales events and training sessions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of fire service equipment, tools, and customer service principles
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and business principles
  • Strong planning, strategizing, communication, negotiation, resilience, and goal-oriented skills

Additional Information

  • This role is as an independent contractor earning commissions (approximately 40% of gross profit).
  • The territory is owned by the salesperson, offering growth potential.
  • A firefighter background is recommended for product knowledge, but not mandatory.
  • The position can be full-time or part-time, providing opportunities for income growth and territory ownership.
