About the role
We are a leader in employee benefits, serving organizations during their busiest time of year. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fully remote team.
Responsibilities
- Market employee benefits solutions to assigned territories and verticals.
- Possess and maintain detailed records in our CRM.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Track activity and performance; aim for aggressive weekly targets and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of SDR, sales, or appointment setting experience.
- Proven record in a high-activity sales environment.
- Own modern computer, Chrome browser, and fast/reliable internet.
- Willing to commit and hit the ground running—our busiest season is NOW!
- Quick to learn our products and process.
- Willingness to train and develop with us.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales development, business development, or appointment setting experience (employee benefits/HR/insurance preferred, but not required).
- Comfortable working 100% remotely; excellent time management and self-discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication; skilled in relationship building and persuasion.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets for scheduled appointments or qualified leads.
- Proficient with CRM tools and eager to learn new sales tech.

Pay
