About the role

We are a leader in employee benefits, serving organizations during their busiest time of year. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fully remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Market employee benefits solutions to assigned territories and verticals.
  • Possess and maintain detailed records in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Track activity and performance; aim for aggressive weekly targets and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of SDR, sales, or appointment setting experience.
  • Proven record in a high-activity sales environment.
  • Own modern computer, Chrome browser, and fast/reliable internet.
  • Willing to commit and hit the ground running—our busiest season is NOW!
  • Quick to learn our products and process.
  • Willingness to train and develop with us.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales development, business development, or appointment setting experience (employee benefits/HR/insurance preferred, but not required).
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely; excellent time management and self-discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; skilled in relationship building and persuasion.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets for scheduled appointments or qualified leads.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and eager to learn new sales tech.

Pay
