About the role

A division of Harris; Harris Data Integrity Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Representative. The role is remote and requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and foster relationships with current clients.
  • Ensure sales metrics are met and documented.
  • Collaborate with team members and leaders to enhance the customer experience.
  • Master the product portfolio to articulate value via presentations and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Resolve prospective client concerns and inquiries throughout the sales process to promote a positive customer experience.
  • Plan and manage a sales territory according to an agreed-upon strategy.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and internal company functions to aid business development.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying healthcare technology/service sales experience, with demonstrated success developing net new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, IDNs, ambulatory organizations, health plans, or healthcare enterprises.
  • Experience selling healthcare technology solutions to executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CMIOs, HIM leaders, Revenue Cycle leaders, and Operations leaders preferred.
  • Knowledge of all facets of healthcare, including hospitals and IDN's, ambulatory, large group practices, university practice plans, health plans, and enterprise organizations.
  • Understanding the importance of patient identification in clinical, financial, and operational systems in healthcare.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and task-oriented; excellent follow-up skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota and developing and managing a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Successful work history with particular focus on negotiation skills, management, revenue, and market share enhancement.
  • Comfortable presenting software in front of executives, supervisors, and end users.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially effective listening and customer orientation mastery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
