Remote Recruiter - Temporary to Permanent

About the role

This is a temporary position (up to 90 days) with the potential of becoming permanent. The Recruiting Specialist will conduct full-life cycle recruitment efforts in support of US Government and private sector contracts. Teleworking: Yes. Travel: 0-5% – remote with occasional travel in San Antonio, TX area. Full-Time. FLSA: Hourly/Non-Exempt.

Responsibilities

• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
• Use various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay

$23.00 / hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
