Remote Rebar Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide total contract management of each project, coordinating detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs of products and services.
• Oversee the customer and project team in establishing sequential steps for all processes and adapting schedules and work tasks accordingly.
• Communicate with customers regarding project details, including detailing, fabrication, and delivery issues.
• Review rebar shop drawings and direct revisions as needed.
• Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with contractors, detailers, and production teams.
• Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that arise.
• Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested to support the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with 5-8 years of experience in a related field, or associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, Construction Management, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Prioritize project management experience, including 2+ years of project management and 1+ year of construction project management experience.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCad or MicroStation.
• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

White Cap offers competitive compensation, including a pay range of $75,900.00 - $118,300.00 annually for New Jersey residents. Additional benefits are available upon joining the White Cap team.
