Responsibilities

• Provide total contract management of each project assigned, including coordination of the detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs of products and services.
• Oversee the customer and project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly.
• Communicate with customers regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication, and delivery issues.
• Review rebar shop drawings and direct the revision of drawings as needed.
• Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and production team.
• Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur.
• Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Generally requires 5-8 years of experience in a related field or 2+ years of project management experience and 1+ year of construction project management experience.
• Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, Construction Management, or related degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCad or MicroStation.
• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills combined with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Pay Range: $75,900.00 - $118,300.00 Annual
