Responsibilities

  • Provide total contract management of each project assigned, including coordination of the detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs of products and services.
  • Oversee the customer and project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication and delivery issues.
  • Review rebar shop drawings and direct the revision of drawings as needed.
  • Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and production team.
  • Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur.
  • Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Generally requires 5-8 years of experience in a related field or 2+ years of project management experience and 1+ year of construction project management experience.
  • Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCad or MicroStation.
  • Able to read and understand structural & architectural drawings.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills combined with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Pay Range: $75,900.00 - $118,300.00 Annual

Schedule

Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights. Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
