Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Washington

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Washington to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100% remote outpatient psychiatry
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations
• Provide care across the lifespan, including children, adults, and geriatrics
• Administer standard session lengths of 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
• Utilize in-house referral network for patient therapy needs
• Operationally supported with scheduling and billing tasks

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state support available
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Location: Bellevue, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $325,000 – $375,000 annually
