Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Washington

About the role

This 100% remote outpatient psychiatry position serves a diverse patient population across the lifespan, treating lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety and depression. You will conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups, with full clinical autonomy and no pressure on session length or volume. The role includes operational support for scheduling, billing, and an in-house referral network to therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety and depression
• Serve patients across the lifespan
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-up sessions
• Utilize an in-house referral network to therapists
• Maintain clinical autonomy without pressure on session length or volume

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state support available)
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills

Pay

$325,000 – $375,000 annually
