Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Washington

Responsibilities

• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.)
• Manage a diverse patient population across all ages
• Conduct standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups)
• Cook up with an in-house referral network to therapists
• Coordinate with an in-house referral network to therapists
• Utilize full operational support for scheduling and billing
• Maintain clinical decision-making autonomy without pressure

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state support
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Pay

$325,000 – $375,000 annually
