Remote - Product Liability Attorney (Practice Attorney - Tier 1)

About the role

This is a reduced‑schedule (1,700 hours per year), remote, non‑partnership track position focused on Products Liability or Commercial Litigation. The attorney will manage cases with a high degree of autonomy, provide excellent client service, and be willing to work West Coast hours if not located in that region.

Responsibilities

• Manage product liability and commercial litigation cases with a high degree of autonomy
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and responses to written discovery
• Oversee document collection, review, and production
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
• Provide excellent client service
• Work West Coast hours when required

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience
• Active member of the bar in the state of residence and in a state where the firm has an office (or eligible to waive into such a state)
• Experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
• Willingness to work on West Coast time if not located in the West Coast region

$225,000 annual salary
