Remote Pharmacy Technician! -Immediate Hiring !

About the role

We are hiring 100% REMOTE pharmacy technicians across various time zones. This role involves reviewing prior authorizations, approving or denying them, and handling all health plans and medications. The position is fully computer-based with minimal phone interaction.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription exceptions including resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach
• Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues
• Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing
• Affiliate with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls

Requirements

• 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• National CPHT Certification
• Prior Authorization/Customer Service/Computer skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently

Pay and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. The role is fully remote, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM (8-hour shift).
