What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments following company protocols and provider templates
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality assurance procedures
- Meet department KPI metrics related to quality and turnaround times
- Collaborate with Patient Access Leadership for professional growth
- Provide high levels of customer service to patients and co-workers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A high school diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent
- A minimum post high school education in a medical support field: Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
- At least 2+ years of recent medical office experience in a similar capacity
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with dermatology and cosmetic procedures
- Previous electronic medical record experience
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of information
