About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Consultant with extensive implementation expertise to join a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and solution design experience across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules and have successfully led multiple end-to-end implementations in complex manufacturing environments. This role requires a strong consultant who can engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Oracle Fusion SCP applications, support testing activities, and drive successful deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion SCP solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Work closely with business users to optimize supply chain planning processes and forecasting strategies.
  • Configure and support:
    • Oracle Fusion Demand Management
    • Oracle Fusion Supply Planning
  • Develop and validate forecasting, supply-demand balancing, and planning strategies.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
  • Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SCM teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in travel during critical project milestones, including design sessions, testing, and go-live support.

Requirements

  • 6+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCP implementation experience.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Demand Management.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning.
  • Proven expertise in Requirement Gathering and Solution Design.
  • Hands-on experience in Configure-to-Order (CTO) environments.
  • Experience supporting UAT, Training, and Post-Go-Live Support.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
  • Ability to interact with business stakeholders and provide functional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Replenishment Planning (nice to have).
  • Experience in large-scale global Oracle Fusion implementations (nice to have).
  • 12+ years of Oracle SCP consulting experience (preferred).
  • Experience completing 6-8 Oracle Fusion SCP implementation cycles (preferred).
  • Strong background in manufacturing, planning, forecasting, and supply-demand balancing.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
