Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Oracle Cloud ERP and SCM modules such as Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, HRMS, and Supply Chain to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, and extensions within the Oracle ERP environment to meet specific business needs using tools like Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Set up and automate workflows to improve business processes and ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Integrate Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems, including third-party applications, data warehouses, and external platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Develop and maintain APIs, interfaces, and data exchange processes between Oracle ERP and other systems.
- Provide ongoing support for the Oracle ERP system by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Address user-reported issues, conduct root cause analysis, and apply appropriate fixes or workarounds.
- Ensure the ERP system adheres to security policies, safeguarding sensitive business information and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Work with business analysts and ERP functional experts to design end-to-end solutions that meet business needs and ensure they are technically feasible.
- Perform data analysis and ensure accurate reporting across various ERP modules.
- Led or assist in ERP-related projects, including implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience using My Oracle Support, OTN and other Oracle-provided support resources.
- Understanding Oracle Fusion architecture such as Oracle naming and setup conventions, file system layout, server architecture, etc.
- 5+ Years of experience in the solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Applications (Not EBS) and Integrations desired.
- 5+ Years of Technical Expertise Encompassing Fusion APIs, FBDI, ADF DI Loads, BIP and OTBI Reports required.
- Proficient in Fusion-based Integration development utilizing OIC.
- Skilled in ESS Jobs, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Lookups, Value sets, and Fusion Apps functional setup manager configurations.
- Oracle Fusion cloud developer background with expert skill in: Procurement, SCM desired, Oracle SQL, BIP and OTBI reports including data modules, Fusion APIs and FBDI.
- Deep Functional and Technical understanding of Oracle SCM modules including but not limited to Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning a must.
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Project modules a plus.
- Strong understanding of system integration and ETL tools.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate and convey information to business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Oracle Certified Implementation Professional preferred.
