Remote Opening for Technical Product Manager with e-commerce Payments

Job Summary: Technical Product Manager (Payments/Retail/E-commerce) Serve as Technical Product Owner/Product Manager on an Agile/SAFe software delivery team, focusing on payments, order management, e-commerce checkout, or financial transaction systems. Leverage prior experience in payments and retail environments to inform product decisions and backlog prioritization. Translate business and compliance requirements into detailed features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria for payment/tender flows. Own and manage the product backlog for services in active production, ensuring clear prioritization and transparency. Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to refine requirements, discuss APIs, data flows, and system integrations, and make informed scope tradeoffs. Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business/compliance stakeholders; act as a bridge between groups. Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and coordinate functional/integration testing across various tender types. Take ownership of release readiness for payment-related changes, including monitoring, rollback planning, and go-live communications. Support production issue triage for payment incidents, partnering with engineering to address impacts and communicate resolutions.
