Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, accurately, and with empathy
• Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines
• Document details and schedule appointments with precision
• Transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently
• Support live chat, SMS, and email support

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer interactions
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and patience under pressure

North Carolina Pay Rate at Hire: $15.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
4 Month Anniversary: $15.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
