Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
• Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
• Offer live chat, SMS, and email support

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and a keen attention to detail
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer interactions
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure

Pay Rate at Hire: $16.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
4 Month Anniversary: $16.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
