Candidate Profile

5-7+ years of substantive experience in national commercial services (NCS) title insurance underwriting or comparable commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school required for Attorney Counsel position.
Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing for attorney counsel position.

What You’ll Do

• Provide title insurance underwriting support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers, related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies.
• Apply underwriting standards to assess risk and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on real estate settlement services and transaction structure.
• Develop and communicate underwriting guidelines and best practices in alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient and successful transaction execution.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: Starting at $112,500 -$198,150, depending upon experience and other factors.
• Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, qualifications, and geographic location.
