National Agency Underwriter (Remote)

This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level commercial and residential underwriting services
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with agents and customers
• Communicate underwriting and real estate settlement information to the team
• Monitor state laws and recommend practice changes
• Assess agents' growth potential in the commercial and residential markets
• Underwrite title insurance issuance within delegated authority limits
• Participate actively in real estate industry and community events

Qualifications

• Law Degree preferred
• Licensed to practice law in applicable state, in good standing
• 7-12+ years title underwriting experience, multi-state preferred
• Familiarity with real estate law
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations regarding title insurance

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,600 – $198,200 annually
