About the role

Join a fast-growing AI interviewer platform as a hands-on digital marketing expert focused on driving organic growth for a B2B SaaS product. This fully remote contract role requires you to independently build and execute the first version of the growth engine, with a strong emphasis on measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy tailored to B2B SaaS
• Build and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence to attract and engage target audiences
• Create, edit, and publish short-form video content for social channels
• Research, write, and optimize high-intent SEO and AI search content to drive qualified traffic
• Analyze and optimize the full user journey from signup to activation and ongoing usage
• Design and run growth experiments using AI and automation tools to maximize efficiency
• Track, report, and improve key business metrics related to user acquisition and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience growing B2B SaaS products or brands, with a focus on organic marketing
• Demonstrated ownership of key business metrics and ability to deliver measurable results
• Strong background in content marketing, including video and SEO-driven content
• Experience using AI and automation tools for marketing campaigns and experiments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review and optimize user journeys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-starter who can work independently and execute strategies hands-on
