Remote Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW)

Location: New Mexico Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM The Job We’re looking for an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC licensed in New Mexico to provide therapy through telehealth. You’ll have a regular schedule of virtual appointments and work with clients dealing with a range of mental health and personal concerns. The role is primarily focused on direct therapy. You’ll manage your caseload, make clinical decisions within your scope of practice, and complete the records and follow-up needed for ongoing treatment. What You’ll Handle Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients onlineComplete intake appointments and gather relevant clinical informationDetermine treatment priorities and appropriate therapeutic approachesWork with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and life changesReassess treatment when client needs or circumstances changeMaintain accurate session notes and clinical recordsFollow established procedures when safety or risk concerns ariseConsult with other clinicians when coordination or additional input is needed Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health fieldActive New Mexico LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC licenseAt least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferredExperience providing individual therapy and developing treatment plansStrong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skillsComfortable providing services through a telehealth platformAbility to manage a caseload independently while maintaining professional standards Benefits 2 weeks Paid Time OffHealth Insurance401(k) plan with 3% company match If the role sounds right for you, send us your application.
