Remote Mental Health Therapist | South Dakota LCSW | LMFT | LPC $115,000–$120,000/year + full benefits Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth The Role We’re adding a licensed therapist to our remote team in South Dakota. You’ll provide ongoing counseling through video appointments, working with clients on concerns that can affect their mental health and everyday life. Your caseload may include clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, or significant personal changes. Alongside your sessions, you’ll handle treatment planning, clinical notes, and follow-up care. What You’ll Handle Meet with clients for scheduled virtual counseling sessionsReview presenting concerns and relevant clinical historySet treatment goals and determine appropriate therapeutic approachesHelp clients develop coping strategies and work through ongoing challengesReassess needs as treatment continuesKeep clinical notes and records complete and up to date Requirements Active and unrestricted South Dakota license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCMaster’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related fieldPrevious experience providing mental health counseling or psychotherapyKnowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation practicesAbility to manage a remote caseload independentlyStrong communication skills and professional judgmentComfortable providing care through telehealth technology Benefits 2 weeks PTOHealth insurance401(k) plan with 3% company matchFull-time weekday scheduleFully remote work environment If you’re ready for a new clinical setting, we’d be glad to hear from you.
