Work Environment
You will work in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to set your own hours and work from the comfort of your own space. Our outpatient office structure supports a flexible approach, providing you with a dedicated counselor portal. This user-friendly platform contains all necessary resources for your practice, simplifying the administrative workload so you can focus on client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver compassionate mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions.
- Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop individualized care plans.
- Support clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and relationships, facilitating personal growth.
- Regularly review and monitor clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary and equipping them with healthy coping strategies.
- Document progress and treatment interventions while maintaining compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily work with stable and low-acuity adults presenting with a diverse range of mental health concerns. Our mission is to support these individuals in enhancing their quality of life through skill development and effective coping strategies. This role is essential in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve their wellness goals.
Qualifications
- A master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice (LMFT, LPC, LCSW); we do not provide supervision for limited/provisional licenses.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic approach to client care.
- Proficient in utilizing technology, including a computer with webcam and audio capabilities to conduct video sessions, as well as a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
- Proven track record of effective client outcomes through the utilization of various therapeutic modalities.
- Experience working with diverse populations and awareness of cultural sensitivities in therapeutic settings.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, dependent on your experience and weekly hours worked. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
