Job Details: Job Title: Associate Manager – Medical Communications and Content Solutions (MCCS), OncologyLocation: India – Remote, Uttar PradeshJob Requisition ID: 4961425Time Type: Full-time Role Summary: The Associate Manager, Medical Communications and Content Solutions, within the Global Medical Communications and Content Solutions (MCCS) team, is responsible for developing global medical content. This includes abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, and various other types of external-facing medical content under supervision. Key Responsibilities: Develop relevant medical affairs content, including abstracts, manuscripts, and congress posters with support from experienced colleagues.Research, organize, compile, interpret, and quality check various types of technical and medical content.Provide solutions to stakeholders in alignment with project goals while collaborating with other teams at Pfizer Careers.Ensure the execution of all projects within expected timelines while adhering to quality and compliance requirements in this Remote Medical Communications Job.Track project progress and resolve issues with guidance from experienced colleagues.Identify and train to become an expert on new tools for content creation. Eligibility Criteria For The Remote Medical Communications Job: Advanced scientific degree (e.g., MS, PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD).2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical medicine, including medical affairs.Proven ability to take ownership of individual work and align with colleagues on scope and timelines.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.Experience in medical content writing or communications within an agency or Pharma/Biotech Company.Effective English verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and understand technology applications in medical content development.
