About The Role

Own and lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including campaigns, events, ABM, content, and partnerships, continuously refining based on data.

Build and manage the GTM team, form strategic partnerships with key industry players, and champion the company's brand across all touchpoints.

Drive product marketing, develop case studies, and engage directly with senior prospects and partners, including RFP responses and complex proposals.

Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and content quality, while tracking key GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage and marketing-sourced revenue.

Qualifications

  • Ambitious, results-driven, and pragmatic with strong executive presence.
  • Experienced in building and leading early-stage or high-growth marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities, and comfortable in ambiguity.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding pipeline and deal economics.
  • Proficient with AI tools and pushing their adoption.
  • Aligned with mission-driven work in climate, energy, or related sectors, with action-oriented problem-solving and honest communication.

Preferred Skills

  • Domain expertise in energy, utilities, climate, or real estate.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise marketing or consulting, especially relationship-driven sales.
  • Existing relationships with tech partners or industry organizations.
