Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and engage thoughtfully to understand their healthcare benefit needs
- Research across multiple systems to resolve questions and provide accurate guidance
- Help consumers navigate healthcare options, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Manage high interaction volumes while maintaining professionalism and quality
- Follow designated schedules, including breaks and lunches
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness
- Comfort with computer systems and Windows applications
- Distracted-free home workspace and high-speed wired internet (minimum 25 mbps)
