Remote Mandarin-English Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and engage thoughtfully to understand their healthcare benefit needs
• Research across multiple systems to resolve questions and provide accurate guidance
• Help consumers navigate healthcare options, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Manage high interaction volumes while maintaining professionalism and quality
• Follow designated schedules, including breaks and lunches

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness
• Comfort with computer systems and Windows applications
• Distracted-free home workspace and high-speed wired internet (minimum 25 mbps)
