We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Spanish & English) to assist with hardware and network support for external customers.
Responsibilities

- Sharing customer feedback with product teams

- Ensuring timely case management
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support and customer service
- Professional fluency in both languages
- Experience with high-volume support environments
- Ticketing systems
- CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
