Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and engage thoughtfully to understand their healthcare benefit needs
- Research across multiple systems to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information
- Help consumers navigate healthcare options, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Manage high interaction volume with professionalism and quality
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Hmong
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness
- Comfort with computer systems and Windows-based applications
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed wired internet (minimum 25 mbps)
