Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and engage thoughtfully to understand their healthcare benefit needs
• Research across multiple systems to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information
• Help consumers navigate healthcare options, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Manage high interaction volume with professionalism and quality

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Hmong
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness
• Comfort with computer systems and Windows-based applications
• Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed wired internet (minimum 25 mbps)
