About the Opportunity
The Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative supports members by handling inquiries related to healthcare benefits, including Medicare plan enrollment, disenrollment, and claims processing. This role is essential in providing clear communication and assistance to members, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of healthcare support services.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding healthcare benefits.
- Aid members with Medicare plan enrollment and disenrollment.
- Process claims related to healthcare plans.
- Manage a consistent volume of customer calls while navigating multiple systems.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test.
- Proficiency with keyboarding and software applications.
- Able to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Completion of a mandatory paid training program (approximately 9 weeks).
- Able to maintain attendance during the entire training period.
- Successful background check.
- Reliable home internet connection with specified speed and hardwired Ethernet.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Starting pay is $13.67 per hour. Training is paid. This position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives based on business needs. Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision are available from the first day of employment. Paid time off accrues after 180 days of employment.
