Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor business workflows and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Collect, validate, and interpret data from internal systems and business applications.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support operational planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for leadership.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
• Support technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Document standard operating procedures and operational best practices.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in logistics analysis, operations analysis, business analysis, or data analytics preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis tools. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms is preferred. Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• PREFERRED: Experience with CRM systems, business intelligence software, and reporting platforms. Knowledge of SQL, database management, or data visualization tools. Familiarity with real estate operations, transaction workflows, or property management systems is a plus. Experience supporting executive leadership with operational reporting and strategic planning.
