Job Responsibilities Include
- Perform inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved, or transferred
- Avoidance of errors in inventory management
- Assist system developers and integrators during shipments of systems, system upgrades, patches, and remote deployments
- Compile and maintain monthly inventory reports, submit deliverables as required
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOMs), annual contract inventory reports (including CAP and GFP), and any other required inventory or property artifact
- Collect requirements, identify acceptable products and vendors, complete and submit required corporate and Government procurement process documentation, and executes the procurement of COR-T approved materials
Required Experience/Proficiency Performing
- Execution of property accounting processing
- Automation of inventory control systems
- Material ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, handling, accountability, and excessing/disposal
Desired Experience/Familiarity With
- Processing paperwork related to Government Bill of Lading, DD1149, DD250, and MDAT
- Government Annual Inventory Processes & formats, CAP Reporting processes
- Web based logistic tools and services
- MS Office proficiency
Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
