Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

About the Role

Licensed Clinicians provide telehealth mental health services remotely, primarily during evenings and weekends. They deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client base, including couples and children, in a supportive clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 10 sessions weekly, with 15 hours of availability.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Achieve measurable progress for clients through personalized treatment.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in clinical support activities like case consultations.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to clinical standards and ethical practices.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in Maryland (LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD).
• Experience in behavioral health and treating diverse client populations.
• Strong communication and technological proficiency.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to client progress.
