About the role
Licensed clinicians providing telehealth mental health services in Massachusetts, offering evening and weekend sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
- Manage a caseload, utilize telehealth and electronic health records, and contribute to a supportive clinical community.
- Handle minimal administrative tasks as the organization manages credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.
- Conduct telehealth sessions, collaborate with a clinical community, and support clients' mental health goals.
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
Qualifications
- Licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD)
- Independently licensed in Massachusetts
- Available for a minimum of 10 sessions weekly
- Confident with clinical technology
- Committed to client progress
- Team player with a flexible, client‑focused approach
Pay
Up to $46,200 based on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.
