About the role
Licensed clinicians provide telehealth mental health services primarily during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Offer evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
- Maintain a minimum of 10 sessions per client with at least 15 hours of weekly availability.
- Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
- Collaborate within a supportive clinical community through case consultations and live support.
- Manage caseloads efficiently with administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.
Qualifications
- Independently licensed in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
Skills
- Open to treating a variety of clients and invested in measurable client progress.
- Strong teamwork and positive contribution mindset.
- Comfortable working with clinical technology and telehealth services.
Pay
Up to $25,200 based on licensure and session volume, with bonus opportunities.
