Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

About the Role

This position involves providing mental health therapy through telehealth or in-person sessions, with full professional autonomy to set your schedule and client load. The provider will deliver compassionate, effective care following established standards, actively engaging clients with clinical measures to track progress and demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain clinical standards and actively utilize measurement-informed care tools.
• Participate in case consultations, clinical training, and community engagement opportunities.
• Uphold quality care practices and client support protocols.

Requirements

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
• Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person care.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to client progress.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
