Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Remote

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth platform.

Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future; unable to support employment tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses.
• Work-from-home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus.

Skills

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Treatment planning.
• Comfortable utilizing technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.

Pay

• Base salary range: $76,000 – $84,000.
• Incentivized bonus pay structure for eligible employees.
