About the role
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients while providing high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality mental health care to clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize creative interventions in therapy
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation per clinical guidelines
- Attend clinical meetings and trainings
- Maintain at least 32 hours of direct patient care weekly for full-time status
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
- Current unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must pass a background check
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries
