About the role

Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients while providing high-quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality mental health care to clients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Utilize creative interventions in therapy
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation per clinical guidelines
  • Attend clinical meetings and trainings
  • Maintain at least 32 hours of direct patient care weekly for full-time status

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
  • Current unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must pass a background check
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries
