(Remote) Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative

eFinancial is seeking motivated, performance-driven licensed agents who thrive in a high-volume phone sales environment and want the opportunity to ramp quickly in a proven direct-to-consumer sales model. This role is ideal for agents with prior telesales, final expense, inbound insurance, or call-center sales experience who are ready to focus on closing business instead of chasing leads.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will work directly with inbound warm leads through our advanced dialing technology to help individuals and families secure life insurance coverage that fits their needs. You’ll guide customers through the sales process, overcome objections, build trust quickly, and deliver an efficient purchasing experience while operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Active Life Insurance License preferred
- Prior insurance telesales, final expense, inbound insurance sales, or call-center sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and performance-focused role
- Strong communication and rapport-building abilities
- Coachable mindset with willingness to adapt and improve
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms simultaneously
- Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Compensation
Compensation includes hourly base pay of $15 an hour plus bonus and uncapped commission opportunities. Licensed agents with prior high-volume insurance sales experience often ramp more quickly and maximize earning potential earlier in the role.
