(Remote) Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

eFinancial is seeking licensed agents to join our high-volume, inbound call center. This role offers consistent lead flow, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to sell without cold calling or self-generated prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals using advanced auto-dialing system
• Sell life insurance products to individuals and families
• Guide customers through the sales process, overcoming objections
• Build trust quickly and deliver a seamless purchasing experience
• Work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance License
• Prior insurance telesales, final expense, inbound insurance sales, or call-center sales experience

Pay

Compensation includes hourly base pay of $15 an hour plus bonus and uncapped commission opportunities. Licensed agents with prior high-volume insurance sales experience often ramp more quickly and maximize earning potential earlier in the role.
