Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on services.
  • Collects and enters information for services.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; delegates to specialists when necessary.
  • Sets up and maintains customer accounts and records of interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to talk on the phone and type simultaneously.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Passes a background check and typing test with a minimum speed of 35 WPM.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about meeting the needs of others.
  • Service-oriented and skilled in resolving customer grievances.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including learning new software.
  • Able to sit for extended periods and work independently.
  • Reliable and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED, with two years of telephone customer service or call center experience.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience with auto dialers is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using computers and data entry.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.

Schedule

This is a remote work from home position, with work hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on a telephone, and working on a computer. Must have a quiet work area without noise or distractions.

Remote Work From Home Requirements

  • Must have a desk, chair, and basic essentials to work from home.
  • Requires personal high-speed internet service (Wi-Fi is not acceptable, must use an Ethernet cable).
  • Internet speed requirements: 100 download & 20 upload speed.
  • Must be based in the United States and reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV.
