Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on services.
- Collects and enters information for services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; delegates to specialists when necessary.
- Sets up and maintains customer accounts and records of interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to talk on the phone and type simultaneously.
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Passes a background check and typing test with a minimum speed of 35 WPM.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about meeting the needs of others.
- Service-oriented and skilled in resolving customer grievances.
- Proficient in computer skills, including learning new software.
- Able to sit for extended periods and work independently.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED, with two years of telephone customer service or call center experience.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience with auto dialers is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using computers and data entry.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.
Schedule
This is a remote work from home position, with work hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on a telephone, and working on a computer. Must have a quiet work area without noise or distractions.
Remote Work From Home Requirements
- Must have a desk, chair, and basic essentials to work from home.
- Requires personal high-speed internet service (Wi-Fi is not acceptable, must use an Ethernet cable).
- Internet speed requirements: 100 download & 20 upload speed.
- Must be based in the United States and reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, or WV.
