Remote Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Task Buddie is growing rapidly and seeks a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join its remote team. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, generating new sales opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent, high-quality outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients who can benefit from Task Buddie’s services
• Execute outbound outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest
• Engage and qualify leads before passing opportunities to the sales team
• Schedule discovery calls or introductory meetings for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Track outreach activity and performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to refine lead generation strategies and messaging

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound outreach preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Organized and comfortable managing outreach activity independently
• Able to succeed in a fully remote work environment
