Remote Junior to Midlevel Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense)

We're a growing, entrepreneurial boutique law firm seeking a motivated Junior to Midlevel Litigation Attorney with insurance defense experience. Trucking/Transportation experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense cases with guidance from senior attorneys
• Develop and implement litigation strategies
• Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and experts
• Manage caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Contribute to firm growth and learning

Requirements

• 3-7 years of litigation experience
• Insurance defense background
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• J.D. from an accredited law school, bar admission required
• Trucking/Transportation experience a plus!
