Remote Insurance Sales Representative $25/hr
About the role
We're hiring licensed insurance professionals with Medicare sales experience to educate, enroll, and support Medicare members over the phone. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Some weekends may be required.
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (any state)
- AHIP Certification
- 2+ years of telesales, call center, customer service, or healthcare sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, CMS guidelines, and compliant sales practices
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Medicare sales experience, Spanish bilingual, Healthcare or insurance industry background
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Medicare sales presentations and enrollments
- Educate members on plan options and benefits
- Ensure CMS-compliant sales practices
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Maintain sales, quality, and service goals
Pay and Benefits
